Policies

Attire: Come as you are; we provide gowns and robes for your comfort.

Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment and enjoy a cup of tea or water. Late arrival may cause your treatment to be shortened, as we need to stay on time for our other clients.

Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks. We also accept purchases over the phone.

Gratuity: Gratuities are gratefully accepted. Industry average is 15 to 25 percent of service cost.

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. All services over $100 require a credit card confirmation number. If you don't show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged 50% for our inconvenience.
